By purchasing coaching services or an online course from Purpose Driven Coaching & Consulting, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Nature of Services
   Coaching and courses are educational and supportive in nature. They are designed to bring self-awareness for personal and professional growth. They are not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or financial or legal advice.
2. Personal Responsibility
   You understand that you are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes, and results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and application.
3. No Guarantees
   While tools, frameworks, and guidance are provided, no guarantees are made regarding results, income, career outcomes, or personal transformation.
4. Payment & Access
   All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. For online courses, access is granted after payment is completed. For coaching, every effort should be made to complete sessions in the agreed upon timeframe.
5. No Refund Policy
   Due to the nature of digital content and coaching services, all sales are final and non-refundable unless explicitly discussed and agreed upon.
6. Confidentiality
   Coaching conversations are treated as confidential. However, coaching is not legally privileged, and confidentiality may be limited if required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
   All materials, frameworks, content, and resources are the intellectual property of Purpose Driven Coaching & Consulting, LLC and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.
8. Respectful Participation
   You agree to engage respectfully in all coaching sessions, group settings, and online platforms. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.
9. Faith-Based Perspective
   You understand that coaching and course content may include Christian principles and perspectives. Participation is voluntary.
10. Agreement
    By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
