Seasons of Leadership,
Steps of Faith
For nearly 25 years, my life was defined by achievement, influence, and a constant drive to keep going. I led in demanding environments, built a business from the ground up, and made decisions that shaped people’s lives and futures.
From the outside, it looked like success. Inside, it often felt like survival.
My career began in engineering and project management for a major electric utility — long days, tight deadlines, and the weight of often being the only woman in the room. Later, I transitioned into financial planning and wealth management, guiding clients through seasons of change while quietly pushing through my own.
By every measure, I was thriving.
But beneath the surface, I was tired — the kind of tired that success can’t satisfy.
I didn’t realize how heavy it had all become until my body began to break under the weight of striving.
That breaking became my becoming.
Through pain, God met me with grace – showing me how to let my doing flow from receiving. He didn’t ask me to work harder; He invited me to rest deeper.
In the stillness, I learned what true success really is — not more achievement, but alignment.
Alignment with His rhythm. His peace. His pace.

“The turning point in my life was trading striving for surrender.”
Out of that surrender came Purpose Driven Coaching & Consulting — a space where I now walk with other high-achieving Christian women who are ready to exchange performance for peace and rediscover who they are in God’s rhythm. Through my own healing, God revealed four life-giving rhythms — Grace, Rest, Obedience, and Waiting — the foundation of the GROW Framework™.These rhythms didn’t come from theory. They were forged in the fire and refined through surrender. Now, they’re the pathway I use to help women lead and live from wholeness — no longer striving for impact, but anchored in peace and abiding in purpose.
